Throughout your life you have likely had painful (or perhaps even traumatic) experiences. You may carry the burden of some unhealed wounds with you. If those wounds aren't processed and understood, you may continue to feel overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or just plain stuck.

I was drawn to the field of psychotherapy out of a strong desire to accompany others on their path of self-exploration, transformation, and healing. Our relationship (client and therapist) is the context in which this healing takes place, so an atmosphere of trust, warmth, unconditional positive regard, and nurturing acceptance is vital. It is my desire that our time becomes your therapy home into which you can relax.


My style is conversational, while my approach is practical and experiential. We may focus on the here and now, as well as explore some old wounds. Your needs are in the driver’s seat.
