Teletherapy, also known as e-therapy, e-counseling, or telehealth, involves providing mental health services and support over the internet. Rather than in-person sessions conducted in my office, our teletherapy sessions take place over web-based video-conferencing.

Easier access: Clients who live in remote areas or who have limited mobility or limited access to transportation may be more motivated to participate in teletherapy.
Reduced cost: Teletherapy eliminates the costs associated with travel time and gas.
